Depression
Depression is a common mental health condition that is characterized by low mood, loss of motivation, difficulty experiencing happiness, disruption in sleep, appetite and energy levels. People with depression have trouble engaging in the things the activities that they would normally engage in and they may develop a very negative view of themselves, other people, or the world in general.
